学费减免程序

要请求激活您的DU学费减免，请发送电子邮件benefits@taxidalat24h.net.

Currently the tuition waiver is automatically applied to all courses for the Summer 2024 academic period. 对于2024年秋季学期和未来的所有学期，学费减免 必须 被应用 到每一门课程 MyDU.

资格

学费减免资格在每个学期的第一天确定. Exp和 items in the list below for information specific to employee/retiree 和 spouse/partner eligibility, 以及受抚养资格和资格变更.

  Employees 和 配偶/伴侣 become eligible to use the tuition waiver at the beginning of the first term following six months of benefited service. 资格等级基于员工的工作时间表，如下表所示.

  The annual credit maximum is prorated for the remaining plan year for employees 和 配偶/伴侣 who become eligible to use the tuition waiver midway through a plan year. 每年的限额将在每个秋季学期更新，如下表所示.

  家属 under the age of 25 become eligible to use the tuition waiver on the first day of the academic period (quarter or semester) following one year of the employee's benefited service.

• 资格变更

  学费减免的资格在每个学期的第一天确定. 资格的变更将在下一个学年开始时生效. (政策，第二节.B.3) If there are eligibility changes between the time a student has registered 和 the start of the academic period, the student's bill will be adjusted through an overnight process to reflect the increase or decrease in benefit. 更改通知将自动发送给学生和员工.

  • Any students using the waiver at the time of separation will have it prorated based on the number of weeks remaining in the term. (政策，第二节.D.4)

在雇佣, employees' tuition waiver eligibility is automatically post-dated for the first term following six months of benefited service at the University. Waivers will become available to the employee 和 his/her spouse/partner 和 dependents for each term following, 根据资格. See the sections below for information on how to use the tuition waiver that is specific to employees/retirees 和 配偶/伴侣, 以及他们的家属.

  • Tuition waiver benefits not assigned to courses by the close of web registration for the term will be forfeited for that term.

  Tuition waiver eligibility for employees' dependent children is automatically post-dated for the first term following 12 months of benefited service at the University.
