Except for the employment at-will provision, the University may change any information that is posted on any of its websites from time to time without prior notice. The University may deviate from the guidelines or any policy set forth on any University website as individual circumstances warrant 和 without prior notice.

With respect to University employees who are members of a collective bargaining unit, the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) supersedes the H和book for matters addressed in the CBA. For all other matters not addressed specifically in the APT 和 the CBA, this H和book governs those University employees.
