Hourly employees are given a paid 10-minute rest period every four (4) hours worked, or major fractions thereof, 如下:  

Departments do not have to permit employees to leave the premises for the break. At the supervisor's discretion, the employee’s lunch period may be considered the break, if it falls within the four-hour time frame.
